Jane Street are a Brisbane-based garage-psych band blending moody, atmospheric soundscapes with sharp, emotive songwriting.

Known for their dynamic live shows and genre-bending approach, the group weaves elements of psychedelic rock, indie, and cinematic post-punk into songs that balance raw energy with intricate musicianship.

Since forming, Jane Street have steadily built a loyal local following, earning a reputation for performances that shift seamlessly from hushed, vulnerable moments to powerful, full-band climaxes. With each release, they continue to carve out a distinctive voice in the music scene, pushing the boundaries of modern psych-rock while staying rooted in raw emotion and storytelling.

The appeal of Jane Street isn't just the music... It's the history and palpable dynamic that the members bring to the studio and stage. Caelan (vocals), Tannum (bass) and Harley (guitar) have been close since they could walk, growing up together as emerging musical talents of Hervey Bay. Max (keys) and Tyla (drums) weren't far behind, pairing sophisticated synth and tight fills to create the band it is today.

Breaking through with their 2021 debut EP, DARK, Jane Street played a run of four sold out headliner-launch shows, including venues such as O'Skulligans, Tomcat, Black Bear Lodge and The Bearded Lady. They recently celebrated the launch of their Sophmore EP, 'Everything I Am', with a sold out show at Crowbar supporting Sly Withers on their WITH LOVE tour in 2025. 

The band continues to enrich the local music scene, with more releases and exciting shows underway for 2026.
